Queso Oaxaca
Queso Oaxaca is a semi-soft, stringy cheese similar to mozzarella. We hand stretch our Queso Oaxaca into ribbons, then wrap in balls in authentic Mexican fashion. It is buttery and slightly salty, and melts easily, and can be used in quesadillas, empanadas, and chili rellenos, or simply snack on it from the bag!

Queso Chihuahua is a semi-soft melting cheese similar to mild Monterey Jack, and is sometimes referred to as “Queso Quesadilla”. It has a crumbly texture, and is ideal for grating or melting over many dishes such as enchiladas, quesadillas, chili con queso, and dips like queso fundido or queso blanco. Or simply make a great grilled cheese sandwich or panini!
